Avista Sun City West Memory Care

Avista Sun City West is a locally owned memory care community dedicated to serving those with dementia and Alzheimer’s in the west valley. Built as three separate and secure cottages with 16 apartments each, you benefit from a smaller neighborhood feel while also sharing a common large backyard space for walking and enjoying nature. Each cottage has been designed with amazing dining, living, and activity spaces to help make every day a meaningful one!

We believe that environment plays a big role in the care of those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Unlike most large senior living options that are confusing to those with dementia, our community is smaller by design and helps our residents as they transition into a new setting. We also believe in kindness-centered care and have a well-trained staff of caregivers and nurses ready to give assistance.
