Misión
The Hospice's mission is to participate as an active part of the community, to provide and continuously improve hospice services to meet the needs of the patient by delivering value driven, high quality compassionate care.
Acerca de
We are a CHAP accredited company with very seasoned hospice nursing staff. We have our Medicrae and Medicaid license for billing and are staffed to provide care in a nursing facility or in the home. We follow the guidelines set forth by CMS when considering to admit a patient onto services. We hope to focus our attention on the Filipino and Hispanic communities as we feel they are underserved. We look forward to partnering with volunteers to serve within the office or home setting.
