Combining over 35 years of end of life experience in our team, we seek to deliver intimate and individualized care to our community.
As a collaborative team at Trail Winds Hospice, we understand that physical, psychological and spiritual comfort are all key to quality of life at any stage. We support the patient and their network of family and friends, providing care according to the unique needs of each person and situation.
We take the time to inform and teach, so that those in our care have the best possible understanding of the path ahead. We believe that time spent with you and your loved ones is the way to deliver the best care.
