To meet the needs of dying patients, their families and loved ones, by providing compassionate and comprehensive palliative care, focusing on physical, social, emotional, and spiritual support.

All Generations Health Care provides services throughout the state of Texas. You can find us in the Rio Grande Valley, El Paso, Corpus Christi, San Antonio areas and growing.
Neftali Guajardo, RN and Graciela Guajardo, RN created All Generations Health Care in 2008 both being Registered Nurses. It has been our life’s mission to help individuals with their medical conditions. Neftali Guajardo, RN and Graciela Guajardo, RN share the same vision - to touch as many lives as we can and put to use the compassion and care that God has entrusted to us.
