Avalon Hospice

Our Purpose is to provide comfort, compassion, dignity, and peace to terminally ill patients and their families through a holistic approach to physical, spiritual and emotional care by professionally trained hospice teams and specialized community resources.

Avalon Hospice is comprised of a team of doctors, nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Our approach to hospice care considers the wide range of needs patients and families experience when facing a terminal illness. Avalon's collaborative team approach ensures patients' and their families' specific needs are targeted and addressed quickly and with great compassion.
