Acerca de
Redwood Hospice is looking for volunteers to join the Redwood Team as we provide excellent care and support to our hospice patients and their families in their homes! We serve families in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
The philosophy of hospice care is to provide comfort and the highest quality of life that one can achieve at end of life. Through an interdisciplinary team: nurse, nurse assistant, social worker, chaplain, and volunteers, we help the patient and family walk through their journey.
