At Your Cervix/Spectaculum Productions produced a social impact film called At Your Cervix, which was made to create social change around medical education, racial and reproductive justice, consent and sexual assault in medicine. We have a robust social impact campaign that goes with the film in which we are 1. advocating for and co-writing legislation protecting patients and medical students from harm, 2. leading partnerships and initiatives to help medical students to say "no" to unethical practices and medical sexual assault and provide whistleblower protections and advocacy, 3. educate patients about their rights and how to protect themselves, 4. training and advocacy for the expansion of Gynecological Teaching Associate programs, 5. promote new models of gynecology and medical education that respect consent with both patients and students and shift the paternalistic culture of medicine.
