At Interim HealthCare San Diego Hospice we provide our patients and family members with a team-oriented approach to end of life care including pain management and emotional, psychosocial, spiritual and volunteer support. We empower patients and loved ones to make informed choices about their care and end of life goals. Our team believes that every person has the right to die with dignity, compassion and quality pain management. To reach these goals we partner with our amazing volunteer team to provide companionship, respite, family support, pet therapy, bereavement support, administrative functions and so much more. If you are compassionate and committed we would love to hear from you! NO previous hospice experience is necessary and we provide a comprehensive orientation to all volunteers as well as ongoing support and education.
