Hospice of St. Clare
Misión
We would like to introduce Hospice of St. Clare and the services we offer. Our mission is to provide the
highest quality of care, with an equally high level of compassion, to patients and families who are dealing
with a life limiting illness. Our services are provided by a team of trained professionals ~ doctors, nurses,
aides, social workers, spiritual counselors, and volunteers ~ who are committed to the hospice philosophy of
patient choice and dignity.

In addition to providing top notch traditional and compassionate hospice services, our management also
strongly believes in the combined use of alternative modalities. Hospice of St. Clare team members include
Reiki Masters, Urban Integrative Zen Therapists, Yoga Teachers, and Therapy Dog Handlers.
We are proud to offer our patients and their families Reiki Sessions, Aromatherapy, and Pet Therapy Visits.
We do not charge for these services as we believe that a comfortable and peaceful transition is of the
utmost importance to the patient and their family.
