At Certified Employee-Owned our mission is to build an economy based on employee-owned (EO) companies. The first step is to build a network of great employee-owned companies working together to create national recognition for employee ownership. We also work directly with our members to provide the tools and resources they need to win greater brand recognition, inspire more committed employees, and create more devoted customers. By increasing the visibility of our individual members, we amplify the employee-owned movement as a whole.
