Sunrise has been around since "1981" and has thrived off having volunteers help with improving seniors quality of life, especially for those who have limited mobility or social interaction. Volunteering can help seniors stay active and engaged which can reduce social isolation and promote a sense of community. Volunteering can also help keep the brain active, which can contribute to cognitive health and lower the risk of dementia.
