At Halcyon Hospice our mission is to help patients find comfort and quality of life as they face a terminal illness. Our purpose is to support patients and their families medical, spiritually, socially and emotionally. Halcyon Hospice provides end of life care for those who have reached the final stages of their terminal illness. We care for the whole person, meaning we don’t just treat them medically but emotionally and spiritually through a team of volunteers and medical professionals.
