Mission & Vision Statement: The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of Heritage Hospice fosters connections, gives voice to, and celebrates the diverse members of both Heritage Hospice and the patients we care for. The Committee's goal is to identify and remove obstacles hindering professional and personal development within Heritage Hospice and provide educational resources that promote inclusiveness and equity for everyone.
