The mission of Shalom Hospice is to provide the terminally ill patient and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our hospice team strives to enable the patient and family to maintain dignity and quality of life by providing the highest quality hospice care in the most cost-effective manner with physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. We strive to empower the patient, their family and the community by providing them with the tools, information, and support they need to make informed decisions.

Our highly trained team provides individualized care that physically, mentally and spiritually supports our patients. Shalom Hospice is a part of the Affinity Care network and are touching lives in multiple states across the country. We offer cutting edge therapies such as Virtual Reality, Music Therapy and Equine Therapy.
