At Crescent Hospice, we understand and respect the circle of life. As life's circle completes, our focus is on caring, not curing. With an emphasis on quality of life rather than quantity, we maintain the core belief that our patients should be allowed to complete their days in peace, without pain, and in the company of their loved ones with their comfort and dignity perserved.

Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.
Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.
Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
