DynamiCare Health is a digital health company that helps people overcome addiction to drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. Centered around motivation and accountability, DynamiCare challenges and empowers individuals to change their lives for the better. 

DynamiCare Health was founded in 2016 in Boston, Massachusetts by Eric Gastfriend, Harvard MBA tech executive, and his father, David Gastfriend MD, an international expert in addiction psychiatry. DynamiCare has raised over $4 million in equity funding, $3 million in grants/prizes, and is used by treatment programs, academic research institutions, and health plans across the U.S. DynamiCare's partners include Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and University of Vermont, among others.

DynamiCare's innovative work has been recognized through numerous grants and awards, including 3 NIH grants, the Ohio Opioid Technology Challenge, the 2020 Anthem Fast Track to Scale Accelerator, the 2018 Harvard Business School Alumni New Venture Competition, and a 2019 New York Times Good Tech Award. DynamiCare has been featured by various news outlets, including the NY Times, WSJ, and CBS News.
