Headline: Celebrate Juneteenth with Us! Empower Our Community & Join the Fun
Description:
Join our all-virtual, all-volunteer nonprofit team in celebrating Juneteenth! We are looking for energetic and welcoming volunteers to help us run our interactive booth at the annual Black Women Association of Sugar Hill Juneteenth Festival on Saturday June 20th, 2026.
As a booth volunteer, you will be the face of our organization, helping visitors engage with our mission, scan QR codes to learn more about our cause, sign up for our digital newsletter, and snap memorable photos at our booth!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome Visitors: Greet attendees with a warm, celebratory spirit and share a brief, inspiring overview of our nonprofit's mission.
- Tech Support: Assist booth visitors with scanning QR codes on their smartphones to access our resources and sign up.
- Photo Booth Fun: Help guests operate the photo booth, hand out fun props, and capture great memories.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and culturally aware individuals who love engaging with the public.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and helping others navigate QR codes and digital forms.
- Passion for community empowerment, diversity, and celebrating freedom!

Time Commitment:
- Shifts are available on June 20th, 2026, between 4pm and 9pm with only two-hour shift increments. We are happy to accommodate your availability!
