Feedback Crash Course for Nonprofits & Foundations

    Professional Development Course Overview

In today’s shifting landscape, nonprofits and foundations are under increasing pressure to demonstrate impact while staying accountable to the communities they serve. Yet many organizations still struggle with low response rates, feedback that’s hard to act on, or systems that don’t truly center community voice.

The Feedback Crash Course is a 4-week, cohort-based professional development experience designed to help you move beyond collecting feedback to actually using it to drive meaningful change. Through a highly interactive format, participants learn how to design inclusive feedback systems, engage stakeholders effectively, and close the loop with intention.

    Why Attend

This course is not just theoretical, it is practical, hands-on, and immediately applicable.

    You will:

    • Learn how to design a feedback system tailored to your organization
    • Build skills to collect and analyze feedback in equitable, high-quality ways
    • Practice facilitating feedback dialogue with stakeholders
    • Create a clear, customized action plan to implement right away

Participants also collaborate with peers across the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors, gaining diverse perspectives and real-world insights.

    What To Expect

    • Cohort-based learning with real-time collaboration

This is a space not just to learn, but to actively work on your organization’s feedback challenges.
