Somehow, times have gotten even more stressful - so we're offering 7 different sound baths! They're all incredibly relaxing, and they're all totally free.
Every Monday at 10 AM, join us at Big Sunday HQ in Hollywood. Every Sound Bath is wonderful, and each one is designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others.
We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible and suggest that you bring your own mat, cushion, pillow, blanket, eye cover, etc. - whatever you need to feel relaxed and cozy!

March 16 - Yogic Sound Bath with Jay Moton
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher Jayson Moton brings his warm, uplifting style to help you tap into your inner strength, heighten self-awareness, and release deep-seated stress and energetic blocks. March 23 - Transformative Sound Bath with Darrien Seqqoya
Meditation guide, certified yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, and retreat host Darrien Seqqoya is devoted to helping people access deeper states of presense, balance, and self-awareness. With over a decade of meditation experience and a B.A. in Human Development, Darrien blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness approaches to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and conscious living.
March 30 - Musical Sound Healing with Melissa Nadel
A certified sound healer, intuitive, and former professional singer-songwriter who spent years performing and teaching voice and piano in New York and Los Angeles, Melissa Nadel discovered the transformative power of sound as a path through grief. Known for her empathy, warmth, and deep intuitive presence, Melissa uses sound to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. She works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, illness, and end-of-life transitions.
April 6 - Immersive Sound Practice with Alexandria Salazar
Alexandria Salazar is a sound facilitator, yoga instructor, and wellness guide devoted to helping people return to a state of balance, clarity, and embodied presence. Her work weaves together sound, breath, and nervous system-supportive practices to create deeply restorative, heart-centered experiences. Her sessions blend modern wellness techniques with ancient healing traditions to support the whole person. Her intention is to help individuals reset, restore, and return to themselves with greater ease, presence, and self-awareness.
April 13 - Sonic Meditation with Lynda Arnold
Also known as Divasonic, Lynda Arnold is the founder of the Sonic Devas collective and a seasoned sound meditation facilitator, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and educator with over 30 years of experience. Her work bridges music, wellness, and education, rooted in the belief that sound is a powerful tool for healing, spiritual connection, and community building.
