Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from home fires in half. That’s why we’re rallying volunteers to Sound the Alarm in Racine. Experience a rewarding day connecting with other volunteers and the families you’ll help. Since 2014, we’ve made more than 1 million homes safer nationwide.
Volunteers work in small teams on appointments made for nearby homes. Roles include smoke alarm
installer, preparedness educator, and record keeper. No experience is necessary; we’ll provide the
training. Event volunteers provide their own transportation.
