Join HEART for a community cookout focused on bringing families together through food, support, and connection.
This event is designed to provide a welcoming space where individuals and families can enjoy a meal, access essential resources, and connect with their community.
Meals will be available for a suggested donation of $10 per plate, helping support HEART’s ongoing programs and outreach efforts. No one will be turned away due to inability to contribute.
