Summit for SEGA

What it is:

• A unique adventure combining a Mount Kilimanjaro climb with fundraising for girls’ education in Tanzania.
• Supports the University Scholarship Program, which provides SEGA Girls’ School graduates with the opportunity to continue their education beyond secondary school.

• Anyone with a good level of fitness—no technical climbing experience required.
• Must be committed to training and fundraising.

• Dates: July 13–26, 2026
• Climb Route: Machame Route (“Whiskey Route”) — scenic forests, moorlands, and alpine landscapes
• Support: Kilimanjaro hike guided by Tusker Trail; SEGA visit supported by dedicated teams at SEGA and Nurturing Minds

Fundraising Requirements:

• Each trekker raises a minimum of $5,000 to support scholarships
• Collective goal: $150,000 to fund continuing education for SEGA graduates
