Event Schedule

Event Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Volunteer Shifts:

• Setup: Arrive by 2:30 PM, finish by 7:30 PM
• Event Support: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Breakdown: 10:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Volunteers may choose one or multiple shifts.

A brief virtual orientation will be provided before the event.
