    Finish The Run/Ride

Finish the Ride and Finish The Run support the life-saving strategies of Streets Are For Everyone to make roads safer for all road users. In fact, this event has been making roads safer since 2014, when Damian Kevitt finished his ride to Griffith Park, a year after losing his leg and almost his life, in a hit-and-run collision while cycling there. By participating in these events, you are supporting this mission.

This event is not just about running or cycling; it's a powerful statement for safer streets and a celebration of resilience and community spirit.

This is a large event with multiple volunteer opportunities available over the weekend. Whether assisting with registration, supporting participants along the course, or helping with setup and takedown, your involvement is crucial. As a bonus, six hours of volunteer work with us earns you free entry into one of our future races!

Most shifts can be flexible to fit your schedule. If you'd like to help, we'll find a place for you whenever you're available. Just let us know.

We need help May 2nd and May 3rd with the following roles: event set up and decorations may 1st, event breakdown may 3rd, event checkin, event registration may 2nd and 3rd, beer garden may 2nd and 3rd, first aid may 2nd and 3rd, merchandise sales may 2nd and 3rd, water/snacks/medals may 2nd and 3rd, pit stops/waterstations may 2nd and 3rd, ride marshals may 3rd.
