What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial assessments, including reviewing referral information, identifying key participants, and assessing protective and risk factors. Along with ongoing model-specific and foster care-adherent risk assessments and interventions.
- Provide FFT FC model-adherent interventions to address clinical needs.
- Complete all required documentation, including Care4 documentation and treatment plans.
- Implement tailored safety planning, crisis management, and interventions to increase protective factors.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Attend all required model and agency training, peer supervision, and staff meetings.
- Organize and manage weekly schedules while keeping the supervisor informed.
- Provide supervised visitation to birth families providing therapy sessions.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Master’s degree in social work ( MSW)(Required) - (LMSW preferred)
- At least one year of experience providing clinical services to children and families.
- Knowledge of home-based therapy, family systems theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
- Understanding of trauma reactions, emotional dysregulation, and brain development.
Pay: 63,000 - 67,000
Expected hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, daytime
