The Attorney General's Office is looking for a high-motivated individual to serve as a Paralegal in the Insurance & Financial Services Division (IFSD).The Division handles investigations, mediations, and enforcement actions related to banking, securities, insurance products, and other financial services.
Primary Duties: The Paralegal will provide administrative, technical, and investigative support relating to ongoing settlement implementations, mediations, and consumer outreach. The Paralegal will also assist IFSD attorneys and technical staff in ongoing litigation and related investigations. Such assistance will include organizing and reviewing discovery materials; analyzing and manipulating large quantities of data; performing research; managing and reviewing files; entering case information into databases; engaging in communication with consumers, witnesses, experts, and others by mail, electronic mail, and telephone; and assisting in the drafting of various memoranda, consumer advisories, and reports. The Paralegal will also input data into Excel and perform formulaic computations and searches on this data.

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions. On in-office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office.
Salary: $55,375
