Millcreek City Promise

Millcreek City came into being six years ago. The Promise Program has been in existence almost from Day One, working to engage the community in ways that make life better for residents. Accomplishments include working with Millcreek schools to provide volunteers for ongoing tutoring and special events; improving refugee gardens located in Millcreek; partnering with The Asian Association to establish a 5 day per week afterschool program in Millcreek serving elementary children; sponsoring tax clinics, English as a Second Language classes, and resource fairs.
