The Southern Crescent Area Agency on Aging is a vital Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC). Through our Gateway, Information, Assistance and Referrals for programs and services in the area is made available. With one phone call you can learn about the multitude of programs and resources available to you. Georgians: Living Longer, Living Safely, Living Well As "Your Gateway to Community Resources," the Southern Crescent Area Agency on Aging will provide information and assistance related to programs and services as well as provide screening for potential clients to determine eligibility for services available in your community.
