Belo Rural Council

Belo Rural council represents the people of Belo subdivision of Boyo situated in the anglophone North West Region of Cameroon. With the recent decentralization of Cameroon the council is now directly responsible for the provision of basic services such as health care, education, water etc to it's people. However the transition is proving difficult and funding for these services has not been forthcoming, additionally the council does not posses any of the technical skills required to effectively plan and provide these services.
