  • Misión

The City of Phoenix Fire Department Community Assistance Program is committed to providing the highest level of on-scene crisis intervention and victim assistance for our community. We strive to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers. We achieve this by providing comprehensive, quality, crisis intervention and victim assistance training to all Crisis Responders through a collaborative effort with public and private organizations within Maricopa County.

    Acerca de

The Community Assistance Program provides 24 hour on-scene crisis intervention and/or victim assistance services to the citizens of the Greater Phoenix area.

Currently we have three (3) Crisis Response units which are staffed by volunteer Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), interns from local Universities and Colleges and part-time paid staff members. The CR teams are housed in fire stations throughout Phoenix. Our teams work in partnership with Phoenix Fire and Police personnel as well as various social service agencies to provide excellent customer service.
