Our mission is to give the residents of Jacksonville opportunities to serve the community and have a positive impact on city government through volunteer efforts and to provide opportunities for city employees to contribute to their community through volunteer activities.

The Office of Volunteer Services recruits volunteers for special events held by the City of Jacksonville as well as on-going volunteers for City departments.
