The City of Bellevue, a city of approximately 135,000 residents, is one of the most diverse cities in the country. Bellevue’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a division of the Fire Department. OEM's primary responsibility is help promote preparedness throughout the City of Bellevue and assist in response and recovery efforts in the event of an emergency.
