REBUILD globally is seeking a Director of Development who actively prospects, cultivates, asks, and closes with conviction. This is not a behind-the-scenes fundraising role. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and turning belief in our mission into sustained financial support.
You will own the donor relationship from first conversation to long-term partnership, helping grow the philanthropic engine that fuels economic opportunity and education access in Haiti. This role works directly with the Founder and Director of International Programs, freeing you to focus on what you do best: connecting people to purpose, making the ask, and growing revenue.
If you believe that building generational access to education, health, and wealth for children and families in Haiti is worth the grind, we want to hear from you.
About REBUILD globally
REBUILD globally is a hybrid social enterprise working to break cycles of poverty in Haiti through education, employment, and local manufacturing. Our work is powered by two aligned engines.
REBUILD globally: The Mission Accelerator
Our nonprofit that mobilizes catalytic philanthropic funding, protects mission integrity, and operates an education-to-employment pipeline designed to create long-term economic mobility. Through our education and job training programs, Haitian youth are given the tools to succeed with a direct pipeline to employment at our social enterprise partner, Deux Mains.
Deux Mains: The Market Engine
Deux Mains is our leather goods and footwear manufacturing business in Haiti that produces high-quality products while creating stable employment and living wages for artisans. The factory is not simply a workplace. It is the place where training becomes work, and work becomes a future. One of our most impactful initiatives is the School Shoes Program. Access to school in Haiti often requires proper footwear, yet many families cannot afford it. Through local manufacturing and philanthropic support, we produce durable school shoes that make education accessible while strengthening the local economy.
By producing school shoes locally for schools, nonprofits, and mission organizations, we simultaneously:
Through REBUILD globally, we raise philanthropic funding to subsidize part of the cost of shoes, making them accessible for Haitian families and local organizations while sustaining dignified employment.
As we expand our presence in West Palm Beach, Florida, we are seeking a Development Director to help grow the philanthropic partnerships that fuel this work.
