About Santé Group
Affiliated Santé Group is a growing nonprofit behavioral and mental health organization serving communities across Maryland. Across our affiliated entities, we support individuals and families through crisis services, behavioral health programs, care coordination, and community-based services that make a direct impact every day.
As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the financial future of the organization alongside executive leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or grant-funded financial leadership experience and understands the operational realities of organizations supported by government contracts, grants, and managed care funding.
We welcome experienced nonprofit finance leaders who are ready to step into a CFO-level executive role.
