The Neighborhood Developers (TND) is hiring a full time, hybrid Real Estate Project Manager to manage all aspects of assigned real estate development projects. Overview:
TND is a non-profit community development organization with a mission to create strong neighborhoods enabling community members to secure a stable home, achieve economic mobility, and determine their own future. We support households to achieve greater financial mobility, organize community leaders on issues related to neighborhood conditions as well as social and housing justice, and, through our Real Estate Development program, build and preserve affordable homes. TND’s headquarters is in Chelsea, where it has operated since 1978. Our Real Estate Development team develops and preserves safe, healthy, and affordable housing. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support the acquisition, development, and management of real estate projects that align with TND’s mission and development priorities and work with a team that is currently building affordable homes, rental and ownership, in Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Malden and Lynn. We expect the position to pay an annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000 based on experience and budgetary constraints.
