In collaboration with the Director of Development and the Development Team, the Marketing Specialist plans, implements, and evaluates all marketing and communications initiatives for The Neighborhood Academy to ensure consistent institutional branding, voice, and mission-aligned messaging that supports fundraising, enrollment, and community engagement. As with all positions at The Neighborhood Academy, the Specialist is expected to actively support and advance the School’s mission and vision.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public administration or related field.
o Minimum of three years’ experience in marketing and communications
o Federal FBI & Pennsylvania Criminal Background & Child Abuse Clearances
o High level of computer literacy with knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Raiser’s Edge preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

o Lifting of up to 10 pounds
o Travel up to 25% as needed, using own vehicle
