POSITION SUMMARY
The Annual Fund Coordinator (AFC) will be responsible for the strategic direction and oversite of a comprehensive annual giving program (donors less than $1,000) and lead stewardship and engagement efforts for the ISLE Society (young professionals' network). The AFC will contribute to the creation and management of the revenue and expense budgets relating to this program, report and track fundraising progress, and collaborate in planning cultivation and stewardship events.
The AFC will work with the entire development team to plan, develop, and implement annual fundraising campaigns to support CSIOBS's programs and initiatives.

LOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This salaried position will require occasional night and weekend work. CSIOBS Administrative staff work a hybrid schedule. Employees work out of our local office in Boston's Seaport Neighborhood. Occasionally you will be required to go to our island in Boston Harbor for events, meetings, and trainings. Ferry transportation will be provided. A criminal background check is required for this position.
