About the Role
FrameWorks Institute is seeking a Finance Director who is a mature leader with at least nine years of accounting and finance experience, ideally beginning in accounting and audit, followed by experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information to executive teams and external stakeholders. Their nonprofit finance experience will ideally include working in a complex organization with multiple programs and sources of revenue.
The person in this role will possess impeccable integrity, credibility, and discretion, and a clear commitment to FrameWorks’ mission. They will be a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will own, in partnership with the CEO, the responsibility for the financial health of the organization.
The position reports to the Chief of Staff. It is a full-time position based in Washington, D.C, with the possibility of remote work. There is an expectation to come to the DC office for key team meetings, and the likelihood of additional travel in connection with conferences, meetings, and other events.

Salary: Starting salary of $150,000, depending on experience
