The People Recruitment & Performance Lead will implement structured recruitment processes, onboarding workflows, performance tracking systems, training coordination, documentation management, and exit processes for volunteers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes
- Implement and maintain structured onboarding workflows
- Maintain volunteer records and documentation
- Oversee training workflow implementation
- Build and maintain a centralized training resource library
- Observe team performance and recommend capacity-building support
- Implement structured exit management processes
- Lead and guide People Assist volunteers
- Escalate operational or people-related issues appropriately
Required Tools (Basic Proficiency)
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (basic tracking and reporting)
- Zoom or Google Meet
- Trello or Notion (basic workflow tracking)
- Email communication tools
