Organization Overview
Golden Gate Senior Services (GGSS) was established in 1975. The organization serves seniors and younger adults with disabilities in San Francisco. GGSS operates both the Richmond (RSC) and Castro Senior Centers in San Francisco. GGSS seeks a Russian-speaking I&R Specialist with excellent people skills to provide Aging and Disability Resource Center services to seniors and adults with disabilities.
Summary
Working with the Program Director, the Part-Time I&R Specialist supports a diverse group of seniors and adults with disabilities. The position requires a resourceful individual with excellent service coordination and communication skills. The I&R Specialist provides information, general assistance, translation, and referrals to other programs and agencies. They will participate in outreach activities to recruit participants and conduct intakes with seniors and adults with disabilities, assessing their needs. This position's main objective is to ensure that connections to services, benefits and resources are made. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with team members, be comfortable engaging with diverse communities, and be able to use a database.

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour based on experience (8 hours per week, schedule TBD)
