    About Us

At The Phoenix, we’re fueling a movement that builds on the power of community and belonging to change how society approaches addiction and recovery. Through hundreds of weekly sober events and activities, we’re creating safe spaces for all individuals to connect, build friendships, find support, and have fun.

    About the Role

You care deeply about providing resources to justice-impacted individuals and you have a background building institutional relationships, fulfilling grant deliverables, and managing volunteer-led programming. You are invested in recovery and wellness and believe in the power of community. You care about helping to reduce stigmas about living sober. If this sounds like you, keep reading.

This role will be based in Suffolk, Essex, or Middlesex County and will support the organization by coordinating programming across multiple facilities within the criminal legal system (CLS), including recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers to lead this programming. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, comfort navigating institutional environments, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. If you’re excited about working in a dynamic and creative environment that promotes personal and professional growth, we want to talk to you!
