About LEEP
LEEP is an impact-driven, evidence-based nonprofit that aims to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, which affects an estimated one in three children worldwide. We primarily focus on one important source of exposure: lead paint. Our paint programs involve generating data, supporting governments with the introduction and enforcement of regulation, and assisting manufacturers in switching to lead-free paints. Beyond our paint programs, we are piloting interventions to address other sources of lead exposure, such as spices and cosmetics.

About the Role
LEEP is seeking a highly organised, mission-driven, and proactive Program Associate to support the delivery and growth of our programs. This is a dynamic, hands-on generalist role at the heart of LEEP’s work, providing essential operational, administrative, and programmatic support to help our teams achieve impact across multiple countries.
As a Program Associate, you will report to a Senior Manager, working closely with them and their team of Program Managers to accelerate and improve programmatic outcomes. Your responsibilities will be varied and meaningful: from conducting background research to inform program decisions, acting as project manager on some team initiatives, and accompanying Program Managers on field visits, to ensuring team operations–including documentation, file management, and logistics–run smoothly. You’ll also help coordinate calls and meetings with partners and stakeholders to keep communication and collaboration on track.
This is a collaborative, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment. You will need to be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities while working independently in a remote setting. A positive, can-do attitude, curiosity, and strong communication skills will help you succeed as you support LEEP to deliver meaningful public health impact.
