Special Events & Membership Coordinator
Organization: The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen
The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen connects people to the natural world through conservation, education, and stewardship in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.
We are seeking a Special Events & Membership Coordinator who is passionate about building community and supporting mission-driven work.
About the Role
This position is central to fostering meaningful relationships with our members and creating experiences that inspire connection to nature.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating mission-driven events and educational programs
- Supporting membership growth and engagement
- Communicating with members and donors
- Collaborating with a small, dedicated team
Who You Are
- Committed to environmental or nonprofit work
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
