    • Collaborate with staff and, where applicable, assist in coordinating volunteers or interpreters supporting intake and outreach efforts.
    • Communicate with clients, courts, and agencies regarding case status and required documentation.
    • Assist with cases involving detained clients, including coordination of documents and communication with detention facilities and related stakeholders.
    • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical case files, including tracking deadlines, case progress, and outcomes in internal databases.
    • Participate in and help coordinate community outreach efforts, including legal clinics, intake events, and know-your-rights presentations.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with histories of trauma.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal services environment.
