Farm Fresh To You, California’s leading farm-to-door delivery service, is seeking high-energy, growth-oriented individuals to join our Direct Sales Team as Farm Ambassadors who promote sustainability and nutrition within their communities. We remind folks that food doesn’t grow on shelves!

Official Job Title: Direct Sales Rep - This is NOT a traditional sales role! While it does include enrolling folks for a delivery service. Our approach is one of educating and inspiring towards a mission that empowers wellness and garners support for sustainable farming (hence the reason we're looking for folks with outreach experience and why we internally call this position our Farm Ambassador role.) No pressure-based sales approaches here!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Farm Fresh To You Ambassador, you’ll:

• Engage with members of your community through field sales and local events
• Educate and inspire people about sustainable agriculture and healthy living
• Build meaningful customer relationships and represent a brand with deep roots in California’s farming legacy
• Develop a rock-solid sales foundation and grow your income through performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time availability (we do not offer introductory part-time roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Coachability and a strong desire to grow
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable with walking, standing, and working outdoors for several hours

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in sales, outreach, education, or wellness
• A 4-year degree or professional certification
• Familiarity with food systems, sustainability, or nutrition
