    Key Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
      • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations to identify equipment needs for donations
      • Serve as a mission ambassador by ensuring all community interactions align with impact goals
    • Program Operational Support
      • Evaluate grant applications using a standardized rubric and provide unbiased recommendations for grantee selection
      • Facilitate and execute equipment donations that meet impact goals
      • Support the design and execution of community outreach initiatives by engaging youth sports leaders, schools, and program representatives
      • Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations Team to meet strategic inventory distribution goals
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Gather key data and craft community stories for impact reports and social media to highlight Good Sports’ mission
      • Assist in planning and executing partnership activation events
      • Participate in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory audits as needed
    • Other
      • Follow Good Sports' internal policies and procedures
      • All other duties as may be assigned
      • Travel as necessary based on the needs of the business

    Skills, Experience, and Attributes

    • Position Specific
      • Minimum of a High School diploma
      • 2 years of post-graduate work experience in a professional office environment (extra points for non-profit experience)
      • Applicable work or internship experience that illustrates fundamental core knowledge related to the responsibilities of this role. This is not a direct service role with children or youth sports. This is an administrative office-based desk position.
      • Basic technology proficiency with common workplace tools such as Outlook and Teams for communication and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn other collaboration platforms and software

    Reporting Relationship and Location

    The Associate will report to the Program Manager. This position is based in Braintree, MA. To qualify for consideration, applicants must live within a daily commuting distance of Braintree by the start date.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $52k-62k. Individual placement within this range will be based on applicable work experience.
