KCHA seeks a Property Management professional with exceptional experience to transform lives through housing by providing senior leadership and strategic direction for all Property Management and the Central Applications Center (CAC) within the Housing Authority. Skilled as both a strategic leader and innovator, our next Senior Vice President of Housing Management (SVP) will be instrumental in KCHA’s ability to serve our community and support or employees.

The SVP oversees nearly 4,000 units across 93 developments, which include Public Housing, Project-Based Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit-funded properties, and unique local programs. The SVP holds total compliance and operational responsibility for KCHA’s management relationship with Sedro-Woolley Housing Authority, a small public housing authority with 80 units of public housing.

We are seeking a collaborative and experienced senior professional to join us as our next SVP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expertise and a robust background in housing programs and/or property management. They will demonstrate a deep commitment to community and the capability to navigate and lead through transformational changes within the housing authority landscape.

As a servant leader, the successful candidate will contribute to and enrich our evolving culture of diverse and inclusive leadership. They will share the passion of all KCHA employees for delivering housing and services to low-income and underserved communities in King County.
