Braver Angels is a grassroots, cross-partisan movement working to depolarize America. We bring people together across political differences and equip them to practice courageous citizenship—through workshops, community gatherings, and collaborative action.
We’re looking for a systems-oriented development professional to help grow the relationships and resources that sustain this work. This is a great fit for someone who is both mission-driven and highly organized, someone who enjoys building the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that allows a movement to thrive.
In this role, you’ll support fundraising strategy and donor engagement while also strengthening the systems that make it all possible. You’ll manage and improve our CRM (Salesforce), build and refine donor tracking and reporting processes, support campaigns and communications, and help ensure that our CDMO, CEO, and leadership team are equipped to engage donors effectively.
A core part of this role is building and improving systems from the ground up, creating workflows, establishing standard operating procedures, and helping connect tools (like CRM and email platforms) so our fundraising is more coordinated, strategic, and scalable.
We’re especially looking for someone who:
4–7 years of experience in fundraising or a related field preferred.
This is a unique opportunity to help build the infrastructure behind a growing national movement working to bring Americans back together.
