    About One Summit

One Summit builds resilience and facilitates growth in pediatric cancer patients and their families through experiential learning, mentorship, community engagement, and storytelling with U.S. Navy SEALs. Since our founding, we have paired hundreds of pediatric cancer patients and their siblings, known as “Little Warriors,” with Navy SEAL mentors through our signature Climb for Courage programs, connecting them with a lifelong network of strength and support. We are a growing nonprofit with an ambitious mission: to ensure no child faces cancer alone.

    Position Summary

One Summit seeks a strategic, driven, and relationship-centered Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and secure at least $500,000 in new revenue annually. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this leader will expand and steward a strong portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundations, with particular focus on military and pediatric cancer supporters. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of building donor pipelines, cultivating major gifts, and leading campaigns that fuel sustainable growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned fundraiser with a robust network of donors and partners, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for serving military families and families impacted by cancer.
