Fòs Feminista is an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Led and governed by the Global South, Fòs Feminista works as an alliance of about 200 partners and allies in 40+ countries worldwide to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice (SRHRJ). Together, we expand access to sexual and reproductive health services, including contraception, abortion, and care for survivors of gender-based violence, and we reach young people with comprehensive sexuality education. We are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) to change national and local laws and policies, while also amplifying feminist voices in international decision-making spaces. We strengthen feminist movements and organizations by bringing partners together to exchange learnings and strategize for joint action, and providing them with flexible funding and organizational capacity strengthening to ensure their long-term sustainability. Position Summary
As a member of the Philanthropy Unit for Foundations, Governments & Major Gifts, the Senior Officer, Major Gifts & Planned Giving will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategy for achieving annual revenue targets and planned giving opportunities for Fòs Feminista’s major gifts portfolio, while also coordinating the day-to-day operations of the program The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 major and planned giving donors and prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding these donors to increase the flexible funding raised by Fòs Feminista year-over-year With support from the Senior Philanthropy Advisor, the Senior Officer will play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with Fòs Feminista’s top supporters with the potential to make five- and six-figure major, blended or planned gifts to advance our mission.
This very hands-on position requires an implementer with excellent interpersonal, writing, and editing skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, build strong relationships, and have a collaborative and flexible work style to coordinate with a range of staff and external consultants.

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary for this role is USD $ 90,006.76.
